SHIP provides a continuously expanding line of products and solutions focused on equipping individuals and organizations to fully and consistently implement the Serving Leader actions.
Our current solution suite includes:
The Serving Leader Workshop Series
Formal training is an important first step for establishing a serving leader culture. The Serving Leader Workshop Series consists of six modules that prepare leaders to apply the specific actions in a sustainable and meaningful way regardless of their current challenges. The workshop is conducted by certified leadership development facilitators who guide the participants through a series of exercises that take the principles of servant leadership from theory to practical application. Strong content paired with a flexible execution model allows for this series to be introduced at a customized pace for maximum impact and understanding.
The Serving Leader Assessments
The greatest step toward moving forward is first to determine where you are. SHIP has developed both self assessments and 360’ assessments to help clients determine their specific strengths in relation to the Serving Leader 5 actions, as well as provide evaluations of the leader’s style from managers, peers and self evaluation.
The Serving Leader Facilitators Workshop (Certification)
When added to the workshop series, this multi-day program prepares individuals to share the Serving Leader principles and curriculum with others within their business, industry or community. The program is conducted by SHIP facilitators or master facilitators from SHIP partner organizations, and allows for a high revenue program to be added to an existing repertoire with minimal investment of time and money.
The Serving Leader Toolkit
Having spent a great deal of time and effort figuring out what methods best convey the principles of the Serving Leader training and instruction, we offer to our certified clients the opportunity to purchase a packaged kit including the instructor guides, workbooks, 360’ assessments, video case studies, and suggested work plans for implementing the program across a variety of organizations.
